Application Process
We know you have many questions about the application process and we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We understand the stress of trying to find a new home and here are the most comment questions we get asked:

- Application Fee
$65.00 Per person over the age of 18
Cosigners must submit their own individual application
- Rental Application Requirement
Minimum 600 Credit score
3x the rent in income
Proof of Government Issued Drivers License
Proof of Social Security Number

No Fees!
We have a $500 Deposit to Hold that converts to first month rent
1.5 x Rent Security Deposit
